The Holyoke High School North nurse is part of a two-nurse team.  They are the health leaders in the Holyoke High North school community who oversee all school health policies and programs there. The school nurse provides expertise and oversight of school health services and promotes health education.  Because healthy children are successful learners, school nurses advocate for students' physical, emotional, mental, and social health. This position includes training, orientation, and a supportive work environment with an established nursing team. Using their clinical knowledge and judgment, school nurses routinely perform the following duties.
